Data deletion

Send an email to privacidad@ombe.ai with the subject 'Data deletion request'. You can also write from the email associated with your OMBE account or the connected business.

Include the following information so we can locate and validate your request:

• Full name and contact email.
• Company or organization associated with OMBE, if applicable.
• Meta Business ID, WhatsApp Business Account ID, WhatsApp number, or App-scoped User ID, if known.
• A clear description of the information you want deleted.
• Documentation or reasonable information to validate that you are the data owner or an authorized representative.

When the request is valid, OMBE will delete or disassociate:

• Tokens, permissions, and connection references granted to OMBE.
• Meta Business identifiers, WhatsApp Business Account identifiers, and associated numbers where applicable.
• Operational data synchronized from Meta or WhatsApp Business Platform that is not required for legal obligations, security, anti-fraud auditing, or contractual compliance.
• Technical records associated with the integration, subject to applicable retention periods.

If certain records must be retained for tax, legal, security, fraud prevention, or claims defense obligations, they will be kept only for the necessary period and with restricted access.

We will acknowledge receipt within 5 business days of receiving your complete request. We will respond with the outcome and actions taken within the following 20 business days, unless applicable law allows or requires a different timeframe.

You can also review or remove connected apps from your Facebook or Meta Business settings. Removing access in Meta does not always delete data already stored by OMBE; for that, send the request described on this page.
